Be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting for our diverse departments and enable a fast & personal candidate experienceConduct job interviews independently and work with us to find the best talent for our departmentsTake on responsibility in applicant management and coordinate appointments between internal stakeholders and our candidatesPosition yourself as a sparring partner in our departments through your professional approachBring in your ideas proactively and support projects that combine both corporate goals and recruiting trendsYour skillsExcellent language skills in English & Italian;Passion for human resources and previous experience in recruiting in an international companyLove for dynamic corporate culture and a high degree of independence and personal responsibilityA structured way of working and the talent to inspire peopleAny additional language knowledge is a plus;Our offerDirect employment with Albanian contract;Very competitive Fixed Salary + Variable;The chance to become a part of the digital revolution in the automotive sector;Concrete opportunities for professional growth in a highly merit-based context.
