As part of our expansion into engineering services, we are seeking an AutoCAD Expert to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled AutoCAD Designer with proven expertise in AutoCAD to create precise and detailed structural designs and drawings. You will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to transform technical concepts into high-quality construction documents.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and prepare 2D and 3D structural drawings using AutoCAD/GstarCAD/SolidWorks.Create detailed machine drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and reinforcement detailing for steel, concrete, and timber structures.Work with structural engineers to ensure designs comply with industry codes and project specifications.Revise, update, and maintain drawings throughout project cycles.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, MEP, and Architectural) to resolve design clashes.Support design reviews for constructability, accuracy, and cost efficiency.Maintain an organised drawing library and ensure compliance with I&M Limited’s standards.Qualification & SkillsDegree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Structural Designer/AutoCAD Designer.Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) – including structural detailing.Knowledge of building materials, structural codes, and standards.Familiarity with design software such as Revit, Tekla Structures, or STAAD Pro is a plus.Strong visualisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.What we offerOpportunity to work on international, challenging and innovative engineering projects.Growth-oriented, collaborative work culture.German Language Classes.Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.👉 How to Apply Apply directly through LinkedIn Easy Apply or send your CV and AutoCAD design portfolio to careers@iandmlimited.com
