Our portfolio includes sites in varying degrees of completion and use, around the M25 area. We are particularly interested in open storage sites to support our business operations. Our dynamic approach ensures we continuously update our property holdings to meet market demand. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an Autocad Draftsman. The role is primarily located in Surrey, with the flexibility to work from home. The Autocad Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical and architectural drawings, developing shop drawings, and ensuring all drawings meet industry standards. The candidate will work collaboratively with the team to support various projects and maintain accurate documentation of all drawings. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Drawing and Drawing skillsExperience with Architectural Drawings and Architecture-related tasksKnowledge of creating Shop DrawingsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlinesRelevant education or certification in drafting or a related fieldExperience in the timber industry is a plus
