As our Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding AutoLeap's reach and impact across the automotive ecosystem. This role is focused on unlocking new revenue channels, amplifying our brand presence, and building long-term strategic partnerships with organizations like parts suppliers, industry associations, and technology vendors.

You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify, pitch, and activate high-value relationships while navigating existing partnerships and emerging business development opportunities. Identify and evaluate partnership and business development opportunities across the automotive spaceBuild, nurture, and project-manage high-value partner relationships, including onboarding, integration, and ongoing performance trackingNegotiate terms, draft proposals, and monitor partnership impactRepresent AutoLeap at key industry events and conferences to grow brand presence and explore new partnership opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other internal teams to drive partnership integrations and ensure alignment with company goalsStay ahead of industry trends, competitive movements, and potential partner conflictsWhile this job description outlines the core responsibilities of the role, team members may occasionally be asked to support tasks outside of their day-to-day scope to meet evolving business needsRequirements2-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in a SaaS or tech-forward company (*Bonus if you've worked in or around the automotive aftermarket industry)A strong commercial mindset—you're driven by growth and opportunity, not just relationship-buildingA hustler mentality—hungry to learn, eager to deliver, and excited to build something from the ground upExcellent communication and presentation skills—you know how to sell ideas and build trustOrganized, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity BenefitsBenefits Coverage:
