Automation and Notion Assistant

We are hiring a Notion & Automation Assistant for a US-based automation consultancy specializing in Notion set ups and management. This is a remote role open to global candidates with strong English communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently without waiting for step-by-step instructions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Notion specialists to bridge project needsTroubleshoot and optimize existing automationsApply basic scripting or logic in automation tools when neededCommunicate proactively with the founder and team to clarify needs and suggest solutionsRequired Qualifications:Strong experience with Notion, including workspace setup and troubleshooting2+ years of proven experience using Notion for project management, knowledge management, or team collaboration.Demonstrated ability to design and optimize Notion workspaces, including databases, dashboards, templates, and workflows.Strong understanding of Notion formulas, relations, rollups, and advanced features to build efficient systems.Experience setting up documentation hubs, wikis, and SOP libraries within Notion.Ability to integrate Notion with other tools (e.g., Slack, Zapier, Google Workspace, project management or CRM platforms).Strong organizational and process improvement mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable Notion solutions.Proven ability to work independently and make decisions without close supervisionExcellent English comprehension and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Notion, Make, Zoho, Monday, or similar toolsExperience with sales operations automations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Basic coding or scripting ability to support automation logicRequired Skills & Tools:Zapier (expert-level preferred)Webhook configuration and API integration experienceBasic scripting or logic building in automation toolsSchedule & Pay:Part-time, 20 hours per week to start, with potential for more hours over timeFully remote role for a US-based companyPay around $10 USD - $15 USD per hour, depending on experience and skillsSystem Requirements:Internet speed of at least 20 MbpsComputer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher8 GB of RAM or higherWindows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newerHD 720p webcamHeadset with microphoneBenefits:Competitive hourly rateConsistent work with a growing automation consultancyPotential for increased hours and career growthFlexible remote work environment
