You will join a team of engaged training experts and work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders within the Life Science business area and global sales organization.The role focuses on the customized Life Science GMP WIS portfolio, which is characterized by complex process design, tailored mechanical configurations and advanced control systems that integrate safety, automation and validation functions.What You Will DoYour responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:Develop and maintain the Life Science training portfolio consisting of both self-paced online learning, instructor led training (virtual and on-site) and on-the-job training, which will enable employee development and certificationFacilitate recurring meetings with subject matter experts, global and local trainers and other stakeholders to develop new training and/or update existing onesEnsure all training fulfills regulatory, business and customer needs utilizing tools such as job task analysis for each target groupDefine objectives and follow up on desired outcomes (critical behaviors, job task complexity and KPIs)Design, storyboard and partly develop training solutions for service in close collaboration with the subject matter experts from various Getinge manufacturing sites, who will provide data, documentation and expertiseCo-facilitate global virtual training together with Global Lead TrainersManage the trainer community for your portfolio and certification of local trainers and ensure regional training capacity for products with customized configurations and automation solutionsResponsible for planning annual global trainingKeep a “balcony view” of the certification status for your portfolio, i.e. run reports and review training statistics monthly and escalate issues if neededYou are attracted to our company core values: passion, openness, ownership, collaboration, and excellence. Curiosity, with a passion for learning, both your own and that of others, is as natural to you as customer centricity.You will bringEducation And Professional BackgroundBachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or Process Engineering, or equivalent technical education.Documented experience (at least 3-5 years) of product training, technical support or design in the sterilization, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.Good understanding of sterilization processes and associated control systems, e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, B&R PLC and HMIs.Familiar with regulations and quality systems such as ISO 13485, ISO 17665, GAMP 5.Experience in the development of training programs, skills management, or certification structures on a global scale.Experience in field service, commissioning or validation of customized equipment is an advantage.Technical And Functional CompetenceAbility to transform complex technical documentation into educational and effective training material.Experience in QMS document control, approval processes and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).Used to running projects and collaborating globally with different functions and stakeholders.Good digital skills in e-learning, simulations and distance learning.You Are AlsoComfortable working and interacting remotely with colleagues and external stakeholders, at all levels, as well as being on-site to work directly with team members and subject matter expertsA strong communicator and presenter (verbally and in writing) who are continuously looking for win-win solutionsFluent in English, with Swedish being a big plusAmbitious, with strong ability to organize own workA person with excellent time management skills and ability to handle personal stressWilling to travel when needed (approximately 20%)Previous knowledge about Getinge products and the Life Science business is considered an advantage. Experience in training development and delivery is highly recommended.The position is full time starting as soon as possible, location near the manufacturing site in Getinge (SE) or other Getinge sites, e.g. Gothenburg (SE) or Malmö (SE).
