Automation Business Analyst

We are looking for a new team member: Automation Business Partner.Tasks: Lead end-to-end automation implementations, from assessment to decommissioningDevelop key project documentation: business cases, process designs, requirements, status reportsCollaborate with BAs and developers during design, testing, deployment, and operationsReport use case status; align regionally with peers, SMEs, and global product ownersPortfolio & Objectives:Support product owner in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resourcesMaintain solution portfolio; track usage and support decision-makingStakeholder Engagement:Serve as liaison between business lines and cross-functional teamsPromote innovation via workshops, brainstorming sessions, and awareness initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field3+ years in GBS or affiliate roles driving regional/global automation projectsStrong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical specsProficient in stakeholder communication, change management, and problem-solvingExperience with Project Management and Agile methodologies preferredHands-on with low-code workflow tools; RPA, Google Apps Script, AppSheet, SAP Scripting, or VBA is a plusBackground in manufacturing processes; pharma industry experience is a plusAgile mindset with ability to work independently in self-directed teamsPreferred:Experience in manufacturing processes, as the role supports manufacturing workflowsWillingness to travel to Germany quarterlyAbility to guide and support colleagues through automation solutions and workflowsBenefits* Competitive Base salary* Hybrid work* Bonus* Cafeteria * SZÉP card allowance* Eyewear allowance* Medicover * Life insurance* Reserved parking available* Active internal communities: kids’ day, volunteer groups, dog lovers, running club and many more
