With 250+ team members across Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the U.S., we continue to growWe are seeking an Automation AI Engineer to collaborate on external international projects.  This role focuses on process automation, data integration, and workflow optimization within Salesforce and related internal tools.You will:Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and data integrations that enhance efficiency across Salesforce and internal systems.Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, GTM-C/GTMA, and internal tooling teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact automation use cases.Participate in the unified intake and prioritization process (“single front door”) for GRO automation and tooling requests, applying impact-scoring frameworks.Partner with product and technology teams to develop, test, and deploy automation and AI solutions at scale.Contribute to governance, standardization, and documentation of automation tools and processes.Leverage data to assess automation impact, measure adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.You have:3-5+ years of experience in automation engineering, process optimization, or data integration roles.Hands-on experience with Glean, n8n, or other automation/AI tools, Salesforce (nice to have) SQL and SnowflakeProficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and innovation.Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, or Operations teams preferred.Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Oktana is an equal opportunity employer.
