This role will focus on:At the start of customer specific projects the D&E department will design and confirm the process matching the User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Function Design Specification (FDS), The Software/automation Engineer will together with the colleagues in D&E prepare and engineer the product accordingly.The customer specific projects are primarily created by a package of automation industrial components, and in-house developed softwareSoftware deliveries:Based on the confirmed customer specification the responsibility of the software/automation engineer is to provide a well-documented and pre-tested codebase.Assist production with start-up, adjustment and test including Pre-FATPrepare and execute upgrades and changes together with the service department at existing customersThe daily work will consist of applying verified and approved code, which requires that you are able to read, understand and use other people’s work and documentation.A normal work day involves contact with many divisions, also across different regions. To be successful in this role, you will need:Experience with industrial automation (PLC programming).Experience with object-oriented programming, .NET, Java or similar.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.Practical experience with specifying, designing, testing and troubleshooting of machinery.Excellent Danish and English written and verbal communication skills.Have a natural approach to a high documentation level.As a growing and ambitious organisation with a presence in over 60 global locations and across multiple markets, we can offer you the working environment and support needed to be successful.
