With a focus on operational excellence and scalability through digital innovation, IS bring together all investment support services spanning from deal advisory, valuation, trade and life cycle operations, enterprise and core data management, data and analytics enablement, investment accounting and sustainability reporting to deliver business outcomes.You will be a member of the Investment Service team to roll out automation solution using RPA to digitize and streamline manual processes.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the end to end business process and requirement. Research and innovate using RPA for the following areas :-Transferring of documents from GP portals to destination repositoryAutomating trade capture in SimCorp Dimension (SCD) by translating capital call requests into system readable format Automating NAV updates in SCD by translating NAV statements into system readable formatTo be responsible and support of the team’s core activitiesThe incumbent will be able to gain the following competencies:Business knowledge in funds processing activitiesExperience in Agile delivery modelExperience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Experience in working with Sharepoint and SCD Gain knowledge in process streamlining, elicit user requirements and process documentation. RequirementsGood analytical skills and details oriented Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar disciplineStrong IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scrapingGood communication skillsStrong co-ordination and organization skills.Highly professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality on projectsInterpersonal SkillsA team player with pleasant disposition.Ability to work well with people within and outside the team, and across the organizational hierarchy. Willing to lend a hand in helping fellow teammates where required.A self-starter with the ability to multi-task.Curiosity with the interest and willingness to learn.Diligent and take ownership of the team’s projects and responsibilities.
