At Nalys, we combine deep expertise with a human-centric approach — empowering our consultants to thrive and our clients to succeed.Joining Nalys means becoming part of a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking team that values excellence, innovation, and continuous growth.The RoleAs an Automation Coordinator, you will play a key role in a strategic software upgrade project, focused on updating Archestra (Wonderware) systems across multiple buildings to address software obsolescence.You will act as a technical reviewer and coordinator, ensuring that documentation prepared by contractors and engineering offices meets high standards before submission to the local automation team for final approval. Your mission is to streamline the review process and ensure first-time-right documentation, supporting an overloaded internal team.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate technical documentation related to Archestra software updatesCoordinate with external contractors and engineering offices to ensure compliance with internal standardsAct as a liaison between project stakeholders and the local automation teamEnsure timely and accurate submission of documents for approvalSupport the automation team by reducing their workload through high-quality pre-validationParticipate in technical discussions and provide expert input on automation systemsEnsure alignment with GSK’s automation strategy and compliance requirements.Skills & QualificationsYou own a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fieldYou have proven experience with Archestra and Wonderware platformsYou understand automation systems in the pharmaceutical or other industriesExperience in reviewing and validating technical documentationExcellent communication and coordination skillsYou are able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholdersYou are fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).Your TeamYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on automation upgrades in a highly regulated environment.
