Our department is dedicated to executing high-impact CAPEX projects in support of Novonesis' critical enzyme production. Whether operating in Kalundborg, Bagsvaerd, Roskilde, Avedøre or Fuglebakken (Copenhagen North West), you will collaborate closely with a network of skilled engineers, project portfolio managers, and compliance experts. You’ll join a team of peers to propel transformative automation initiatives.You are a driven professional with strong automation insights, good presentation skills, and a solid grasp of CAPEX project management. Your interpersonal skills will be essential for fostering effective partnerships across the organization and with external stakeholders.In This Position, You’ll Make an Impact By…Your experience is crucial for initiating and overseeing exciting capacity expansion projects. As an Automation Project Manager, your responsibilities include scheduling, estimating, executing, commissioning, validating, and evaluating automation projects. Central to this role is reporting project status and ensuring quality throughout the project life cycle. Success in this role hinges on a deep understanding of complex CAPEX processes and electrical installations within an automation framework to achieve optimal project outcomes.Some Of Your Key Tasks Will IncludeManaging 3-digit million DKK CAPEX projects through planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution.Cultivating and inspiring high-performance automation project teams.Ensuring project quality, budget, and timeline, and proactively addressing any performance issues.Supervising external consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with project standards.Directing third-party automation design and programming providers to meet Novonesis' standards.Potentially Relevant Experience And SkillsA degree in a relevant field.Experience in automation project management.Strong knowledge of ISA S88 standards and PLC structures is an advantage.Proven skills in managing CAPEX processes and project budgets.You’ll thrive in this role by balancing independent work with effective team collaboration, drawing motivation and energy from being proactive, open-minded, and adept at handling varied tasks.
