Automation Project Manager

We are supporting an industrial company renowned for its expertise in the design and manufacturing of custom automated systems. As part of the expansion of its project department, we are seeking a Project Manager capable of leading all stages of development—from the design phase to commissioning at the end customer's premises.Your responsibilities:Ensure complete management of the projects entrusted to you: planning, budget monitoring, compliance with deadlines and quality.Coordinate the activities of the engineers and technical teams involved, ensuring the overall consistency of the project.Evaluate the resources required based on the current project portfolio and adjust planning if necessary.Be the client's preferred contact throughout the project cycle: monitoring stages, reporting, technical validation and satisfaction.Ensure the proper execution of the testing and commissioning phases on customer sites, in collaboration with the installation teams.Bring your technical expertise (mechanics, automation, electrical engineering) to resolve the problems encountered.Work in synergy with the design office to ensure the reliability and sustainability of the solutions delivered.Your profile:Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in mechanics, automation, electrical engineering or equivalent.Proven experience in technical project management , ideally in the field of special machines, assembly lines or automated systems .Solid technical knowledge in mechanics, automation and electricity.Proficiency in project management tools and ERP .Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical mind, sense of coordination and strong customer orientation.Good communicator, able to unite teams around common objectives.Very good level of German (main working language) + good level of English or French .Dynamic, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to prioritize effectively in a constantly changing environment.
