Automation Quality Engineer | Ukraine

Description & RequirementsWho we are looking for2+ years of experience in quality assurance, specifically with test automation. Familiarity with automation-first techniques like BDD and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Functionize, Testim, Gherkin, AccelQ) is preferred. Experience with cloud hyper-scalers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. Understanding of methodologies & tools like XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc., to deliver high-quality products rapidly. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to handle diverse situations, complex projects, and changing priorities while behaving with passion, empathy, and care. Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with Selenium. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Exposure to or interest in emerging technologies in quality assurance and automation.Your future roleDevelop and maintain efficient, scalable, and clean test automation scripts and frameworks. Design and implement automation tools and techniques to meet client needs. Optimize testing performance and ensure smooth functionality. Identify and troubleshoot issues, addressing bottlenecks in the testing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain high standards for quality assurance and automation practices.
