Automation / Sales Specialist (2+ years)

HiveMind is hiring a high-performing Automation/Sales Specialist to join our internal team.This is a remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Nigeria and Kenya who possess a strong engineering background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales automation and technical solution selling.We're looking for a professional who can translate complex technical insights into clear value propositions, drive sales efficiency through automation, and thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to automate and streamline the B2B sales pipeline, focusing on lead qualification, outreach, and CRM management.Serve as the Go-To-Market Engineer, bridging the gap between our technical services (software development) and sales needs.Research, plan, and create technical sales enablement content (presentations, demos, product sheets) that articulate the value of our engineering talent.Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, new opportunities, and competitive insights in the US and European markets.Collaborate closely with the recruitment and executive teams to ensure sales efforts align with talent acquisition and broader business goals.Track key sales performance metrics, report on automation efficiency, and provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement.Qualifications2+ years of proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Automation Specialist, Technical Sales, or Go-To-Market role.A strong Engineering Background (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.) is highly preferred.Excellent command of English with near-native fluency in technical communication and presentation skills.Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, workflow automation suites).Strong critical thinking and analytical ability—you.
