Job Description

• 6+ years of experience developing complex automation infrastructures in Python• 2+ years of experience leading a technical team• Experience in architecture design — not just writing tests• Strong proficiency with pytest: complex fixtures, parallel execution, abstraction layers• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns (Factory, Strategy, Adapter, Dependency Injection, etc.)• Advanced experience with Jenkins and CI/CD in large-scale environments• Experience with hardware/simulators/embedded systems• Proven ability to lead a technical team Nice to Have:• Experience in the defense industry• Knowledge of communication protocols• Background in real-time systems
