• 3+ years of experience testing complex embedded systems• Hands-on programming in C#, Python, or Java• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps / JIRA)• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation processes• B.Sc. / Practical Engineer in Software, Electronics, or related field Advantages:• Experience leading test or automation activities – advantage• Background in CI/CD or simulation development• Opportunity for future advancement to team-lead roles
