Automation Tester (Insurance domain)

Role summary:How would you like to join an international software development center in Vietnam to learn, to grow personally as well as professionally, to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment?An exciting Quality Control Engineer opening has been available for those who are interested in developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure better product quality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)Job Responsibilities: Design and develop tests, working with team members to understand business needsDesign and write automation test script and execute testingWorking within the team to identify risks and create tests to mitigateFocus on enhancing testing skills to include corner casesBe responsible for your tasks and story completionAnalyze requirements for testability, pointing out gaps and potential pitfallsCommunicate issues as they are found immediately to team to ensure the proper attention is given to resolutionsWork with the team to troubleshoot/determine resolution for simple issues in your team's domainAssists in developing physical and functional test requirements to assure specifications & regulations are met.Directly report to PM/QC lead in the accountJob Requirements:To be successful candidate for this role, you have:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldMinimum 1-year experience in software testingKnowledge of at least programming language such as Java, Python, etc.Experience with HTML and CSSKnowledge of CI/CD is a plusAbility to write clear and concise test documentation and experience in applying testing techniques in writing test casesExperience with agile development methodologies is a plusGood English communication skills.Good collaboration, and communication skills and strong team working ability.
