GrowthYou will know we are the right place for you, if you are driven by:Opportunities to learn and build your career;Meaningful work in a stable and fast-paced company;Diversity of people, projects, and platforms;A supportive, fun, and inspiring place to work.Would you like to join us?Your Daily Routine Would Include∙ Administer the Automic Automation Engine and its components (e.g. agents).∙ Configure and maintain databases required for the Automation Engine.∙ Deploy patches and upgrade Automic components including AWI, Tomcat, and agents (Linux, Windows, SFTP, MFT, SAP, etc.).∙ Automate business processes according to customer requirements.∙ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Automic UC4.∙ Provide 24/7 on-call support for incident resolution.∙ Coordinate with the Automic vendor to replicate and identify bugs.∙ Collaborate with multiple application teams and stakeholders during critical (P1) incidents to ensure timely resolution.∙ Perform root cause analysis (RCA), with strong skills in log analysis within Automic (UC4).∙ Maintain and utilize good knowledge of the Automic DB schema.∙ Develop scripts for automation using Shell, Perl, SQL, Python, Ansible, etc.∙ Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and best practices.∙ Support and ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements by maintaining appropriate job execution controls, documentation, and audit trails.We’ll know you can make it if you have:∙ Hands-on experience with Automic/UC4 or other workload automation systems.∙ Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.∙ Solid understanding of UNIX technologies.∙ Familiarity with networking concepts and programming fundamentals.∙ Experience collaborating with vendors for incident resolution.∙ Background in document management technologies.∙ Ability to generate technical documentation and reports.∙ Working knowledge of additional workload automation tools is a strong advantage:    - IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler    - BMC Control-M    - Broadcom/CA Workload Automation (Autosys)∙ Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (preferred), Remedy, or similar platforms.∙ English – written and spoken.
