Job Title: Sales Executive Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: Ø Ensure the commercial success of the allocated brand of vehicle.Ø identify new markets/business opportunities for both sales and after-sales departmentØ Play active part in the development of short-medium-long term business goals Grade Level: Senior Staff Department Sales Location: Lagos REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Reports To: Sales Manager Supervises: N/A Other Relationships(Internal & External) Customers, workshop Salary 250,000 – 300,000 Gross KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities Ø Effectively manage relationships with existing customersØ Develop relationship with prospective clients and maintain existing customer baseØ Identify and secure business opportunities for the organizationØ Collaborate with GM Sales to secure, retain and grow accounts through understanding clients’ needsØ Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets through effective competitors research and business environment analysisØ Prepare/submit weekly report on sales and competition activitiesØ Organize and execute trade visits/callsØ Make sales presentations and customer analysis reportingØ Ensure proper and up-to-date record keeping of customer data baseØ Generate Proforma Invoices and customer follow-upØ Follow-up with on-line lead generationØ Establish customers’ needs and selling allocated products accordinglyØ Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunitiesØ Organize meetings with prospective clients and making product demonstrations Ø Adhere strictly to company’s compliance policies and standard business relationship ethicsØ Provide strategic support on sales growth-related projects.                                                                                                                                                                HSE Risk Management. Ø Ensure effective implementation of practices, procedures of rules and regulations are adhered to.Ø Ensure good housekeeping and compliance to policies & laws are followed. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Financial  § Generating revenue and profit for the sales department Internal Process ·        Ensure customers receive the best aftersales service. Customer § Customer lifetime value. Learning & Growth ·        Competency Development·        Workshop and Training·        Knowledge Sharing Education/ Professional Qualification: § HND/B.Sc. in Science/Art/Engineering.§ Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage. Experience: § Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS: Functional/ Technical: § Sales and Negotiation Skills § Presentation skills§ Good knowledge of MS Office Packages (Word, Excel & PP)§ Knowledge of industry best practices and procedures.§ Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Practice Behavioural: § Analytic skills§ Communication skills§ Great Interpersonal skills§ Good working ethics WORKING CONDITION: § Workshop/field/Roadside Assistance
