Job Description

Headcount: 2 (Dubai & Sharjah)Experience Required: 10–12 years (Retail automotive preferred)Salary Range: AED 17,000 – 22,000Additional Benefits: IncentivesRole OverviewThe Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on revenue growth, operational efficiency, visual merchandising standards, and maintaining brand excellence within the showroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue ManagementDrive showroom sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals.Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to maximize conversions.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, motivate, and supervise showroom sales staff.Set individual sales targets and monitor performance.Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.Ensure staff adherence to grooming, customer service, and brand standards.Customer ExperienceEnsure exceptional customer service and relationship management.Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Operations & Inventory ManagementOversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and replenishment.Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation.Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock availability.Monitor shrinkage and prevent stock losses.Compliance & AdministrationEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Maintain accurate documentation of sales, stock, and staff records.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).4–8 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong experience in showroom, luxury retail, automotive, furniture, or similar industry (as applicable).Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent sales and negotiation abilitiesCustomer-focused mindsetStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood knowledge of retail operations and inventory managementProficiency in MS Office and POS systems
