The roleThis will prove an engaging dynamic role that not only remunerates around the circa 130K category but provides the opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives. The role is a 360-degree recruitment means you will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process. The position is remote working with occasional hybrid days and regular team events. The role could find the employee working from anywhere in New Zealand. Duties include:

Contingent recruitment assignments - advertising, sourcing talent both nationally and internationally, matching, vetting, interviewing, and placementStructured key appointment recruitmentDevelopment of national and international job listings and business developmentClient engagement - develop relationships that deliver lasting resultsInterviewing and the development of this skillStrategic team contributionsSocial media marketing across multiple platformsCandidate engagement and relationship managementAchievement of budgeted targetsRelocations/immigration activity alongside Licensed Immigration AdvisersManaging a portfolio of clients, including personal visitationsThe person we are seekingOur team is known for its bright, vibrant energy. Combined relationship-building skills and efficiency are core hiring criteria. While the role provides a 5-day Monday to Friday working week, in practice, there is some after-hours work to achieve solid results in the role. RewardsHigh income:  remuneration is targeted. A base salary plus commissions is designed to provide stable and attractive earnings, in the circa of $130,000 to $170,000. The role will take commitment, personal drive, as well as sound reasoning and decision-making abilities. 5-day working week:  We do not work weekends, nor do we work on any public holidays.
