With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, the group manages a growing portfolio of companies in automotive, trading, energy, Travel and Tourism and mobility services.Rooted in Loyalty, Excellence, and Progress, we lead with innovation and technology to seamlessly connect the physical and digital worlds.Our goal is to become a leader in intelligent, data-driven solutions because Together We Grow.Job Overview:We are seeking a Junior Instructional Designer to support the design, creation, and assessment of engaging learning content and training programs across all departments within Legend Holding Group and its business units.The role focuses on instructional design, content development, and training assessment, ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform at their best and grow within the organization.Job Overview:To manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients while maximizing revenue opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process all pre-delivery documentation to ensure timely and accurate vehicle handovers.Verify the accuracy and completeness of all sales paperwork, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.Coordinate across departments (sales, logistics, finance, and operations) to streamline documentation workflows.Liaise effectively with banking partners to facilitate loan applications, approvals, and related financial documentation.Process, monitor, and follow up on customer loan applications to ensure seamless transactions.Handle insurance coordination, including documentation, verification, and policy issuance.Oversee payment collection, reconciliation, and verification, ensuring alignment with financial records.Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies or issues promptly to avoid delivery delays.Collaborate with the Chinese business team to manage B2B CIF pricing, quotations, and export documentation.Track and update order progress, providing regular status reports to internal teams and clients.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in both B2B and B2C segments.Maintain and update an accurate lead database using CRM systems to ensure effective pipeline management.Generate daily activity and sales performance reports for management review.Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business strategy.Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels to engage potential clients.Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and value propositions.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.Who Fits the Legend’s SeatBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Professional Sales Certification is an advantage.Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments.Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales tools, and MS Office applications.Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
