Job Description

Senior Executive/ executive level Service Advisors for Wattala service center and Body Shop center in Seeduwa. – for body shop, they should know about estimates, insurance etc. RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repair and service needs, and relay accurate information to Service Technicians.Welcome customers and assess their service requirements by diagnosing vehicle issues based on customer descriptions.Coordinate with workshop resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.Advise customers on routine maintenance, necessary repairs, and proper vehicle care in line with manufacturer specifications.Communicate parts requirements to the Parts Department to ensure availability for repair completion.Consult with technicians on required repairs and recommend cost-effective alternatives where applicable.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years of combined experience in Aftersales Customer Care.Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or a related field (or equivalent qualification).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver efficient solutions.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
