Job Title: Service Advisor - SASLocation: Basra Abi Al KhaseebAbout the Job:The Service Advisor/ Aftersales Fleet in Charge plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aftersales services department, specifically focusing on fleet management and customer service. is responsible for managing and overseeing the aftersales service experience for our fleet customers, providing them with efficient and effective support to meet their needs while maintaining high standards of customer satisfactionMain duties & responsibilities:Coordinate with fleet customers to understand their service requirements and develop customized service plans to meet their needs.Manage fleet bookings, ensuring timely scheduling of service appointments and efficient allocation of resources.Liaise with relevant departments to ensure prompt servicing and repairs of fleet vehicles, minimizing downtime and maximizing fleet utilization.Maintain accurate records of fleet servicing, including maintenance history, repairs, and warranty information.Monitor fleet performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessaryAct as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.Provide expert advice and guidance to fleet customers on service options, vehicle maintenance, and aftersales support.Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with the aftersales team to ensure that fleet vehicles are serviced and repaired according to manufacturer standards and dealership policies.Monitor service quality and customer feedback, implementing measures to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Stay updated on the latest developments in automotive technology, aftersales services, and fleet management practices, providing recommendations for enhancements to existing processes and procedures.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/ Auto Engineering or a related major.Skills & Knowledge:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in any related position.nglish language skills are a required.Adaptability to ChangeTeamworkEffective CommunicationComputer SkillsFunctional KnowledgeResult OrientationProfessional Passion and Drive
