The Automotive Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and coordinating with technicians and other team members. The role also involves addressing customer concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving efficient service workflow to promote customer loyalty.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive service standardsProven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practicesExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenLeadership abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage a team effectivelyPrevious experience in an automotive service setting preferredStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to qualityPost-secondary education in automotive technology or management is an assetPBS experience is an asset
