Every team member is chosen for their specific skill set to provide exceptional customer service. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Writer in Monticello, GA. The Automotive Service Writer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate service records. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with customers about vehicle issues and repair status, providing cost estimates, coordinating with technicians, and entering information into the computer system.
