Software Testing Execution Perform software testing for MCUs and related electrical-electronic products in automotive systems such as steering systems (EDS - Inverter), On/Off Board Chargers, DC-DC converters, and AC/DC charging stations Design functional, performance, and compatibility test cases based on software requirements Develop and execute both manual and automated test scenarios including system testing, integration testing, and regression testing Set up simulation systems to emulate ECU operating environments, including real-world conditions to verify software compatibility and stability Develop and maintain automated test cases to optimize testing processes and improve test coverage using tools like Python, TestStand, etc. Review test cases, test results, and testing solutions from related team members Analyze test results, identify bugs, report issues, and track bug resolution progress Collaboration & Validation Work closely with software development engineers and other teams to resolve issues during testing Ensure software compatibility with ECU hardware and verify the security of electronic systems Conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing to validate software performance and accuracy on actual vehicle hardware Propose improvements to the testing process to enhance efficiency and reduce testing time Reporting & Quality Assurance Prepare detailed test reports and documentation Evaluate defect severity and escalate critical issues Assess overall quality at project milestones and quality gates Project & Team Management Manage testing items within development projects Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project plans and testing schedules are met Bachelor’s degree or higher . Majors: Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Automotive Engineering, or related fields Over 7 years of experience in embedded software testing, electrical-electronics systems Over 5 years of experience in software testing for automotive devices Experience in product development processes and software development standards such as ASPICE, V-model, ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 Strong knowledge of electrical-electronics systems Expertise in software testing and test case design Solid understanding of automotive electronic systems and in-vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet…) Experience with software testing tools such as TestStand, Vector CANoe, LabVIEW, or other automated testing tools Programming knowledge (C, C++, Python) and simulation/testing tools Experience in setting up and operating simulation testing systems for ECUs Experience in designing and developing automated test cases to verify ECU functions in both simulated and real environments Strong problem-solving and fault analysis skills Familiarity with product development processes and software development standards: ASPICE, V-model, ISO 9001 Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity), and charging station standards (ISO 15118, ISO 61851) is a plus
