Harmony Auto is recognised as the biggest importer of luxury and ultra-luxury vehicles from China, offering unparalleled quality and prestige.Now we're looking for 3 experienced technicians to join our dynamic BYD Harmony Group.Job SummaryAs a BYD Automotive Technician will perform high-quality inspection and repair of vehicles and complete repair tasks according to the arrangements of the after-sales service manager, foreman or after-sales service consultant, in accordance with BYD standards and the specific requirements of the maintenance manual for each model.Job Description Ensure the quality of work, complete the repair work in accordance with the prescribed work procedures, and comply with the established safety rules. Complete the repair task on time. If there is any delay in fault diagnosis and parts collection, the after-sales service consultant should be notified immediately so that the customer can be notified (if you cannot complete the fault diagnosis within 20 minutes, the foreman or after-sales service manager should be notified) Check each car to determine the possible cause of the fault, explain the fault to the after-sales service consultant and provide repair suggestions Responsible for technical support, technical guidance, and technical management in the workshop maintenance production process Responsible for diagnosing and analyzing difficult faults, and answering technical information inquiries from the outside worldQualificationsTraining experience:Obtain maintenance technician certification; or obtain second-level certification of other brands for more than two years;or be recognized as A-level by the companyExperienceOver 3 years of maintenance experience in 3S or TASS environmentsSkilled in independently diagnosing and resolving technical faultsStrong grasp of mechanical and automotive systemsFamiliarity with Toyota and BYD operations is a valued assetSkillsGood computer application knowledgeCommunication skills and good language expression ability in after-sales maintenance process and related workMust have strong analysis, organization, and training skillsPossess a valid driver's licenseApply today, interview ASAP, and Offer next week.
