We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Office Assistant to provide direct operational support to the company’s Managing CEO and C-level team. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing communication with international partners, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. The position is 100% remote and offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for professionals who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment and can work independently with minimal supervision. Main Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining the manager’s scheduleOrganizing online meetings with business partners and clientsMonitoring compliance with commitments and deadlinesDaily communication with partners and clients in EnglishProcessing and prioritizing incoming emailsPreparing short reports, summaries, documents, and presentationsMaintaining databases and organizing administrative informationCalendar and organizational coordinationSending reminders for key meetings and eventsWorking with digital tools (Google Calendar, Excel, email, CRM systems, etc. )Candidate Requirements:

Excellent command of business English – both written and spokenPrevious experience in an administrative role or as a virtual assistant – over 3 years of experience is considered an advantageStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a dynamic environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent skills in MS Office / Google WorkspaceDiscretion and professional demeanorWe Offer:
