AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager on behalf of our client, an established company within the food industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Kildare. Job Role: Lead the development and execution of the supply chain across goods-in, planning, warehousing, and distribution. Drive demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimisation to ensure product availability while minimising excess and obsolescence. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, Operations & production teams to align supply chain activities with commercial goals. Support and manage key supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and service performance.
Monitor KPIs and supply chain metrics (forecast accuracy etc. ) and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Optimise logistics and transportation networks to reduce costs and improve delivery lead times and on-time delivery. Manage the Supply Chain team, fostering a high-performance culture. Job Requirements: Educational Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field preferably Degree level. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of managing supply chains across multiple sites. An understanding of manufacturing would be an advantage. Strong understanding of S&OP processes, ERP systems, and supply chain planning tools.
People management experience. Excellent analytical, negotiation, cross functional stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills required with experience in managing cross functional stakeholder relationships.
