T-SQL (SQL Server), PL/SQL (Oracle), PythonAnalytical skills and the ability to interpret resultsExperience with pricing, understanding of financial and accounting principles is an advantageWe appreciate an independent and responsible approach to workKnow-how of an insurance sector is big advantageMS Office on an advanced levelCzech/Slovak language on native/professional levelEnglish on an advanced levelThis is your roleYou will independently process and evaluate business data (ideally from several sources and through various tools)Based on comprehensive knowledge of the insurance environment and knowledge of the possibilities of its further development, proactively analyze and interpret large data setsAnalyze data and interpret the results in a wider context as a basis for important managerial decisionsActive cooperation with several departments (product management, controlling, IT, alternative sales channels, marketing)In combination with knowledge of statistical methods and technologies, identify the fundamentals of the researched area and create analytical support for the development and achievement of business goals, predict the behavior and needs of clientsSupervise and bear responsibility for the quality/selection of a suitable solution and approve solutions.
