We’re currently seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and grow the SEO performance across multiple European markets!Experience working in large marketplaces or major fintech companies targeting the European market is highly required! We are driving organic visibility and investor growth for two leading platforms:
Crowdpear – a fast-growing EU-regulated crowdfunding platform (ECSP license holder), enabling real estate developers to secure funding and investors to invest in property-backed loans across Lithuania, Romania, and Portugal. With nearly EUR 30 million in funded loans and 8,000+ investors, Crowdpear is rapidly scaling. PeerBerry – one of the top European marketplaces for investing in loans, with more than EUR 3 billion in funded loans and a community of over 105,000 investors. If you're passionate about SEO and excited to work in a dynamic international fintech environment, we’d love to hear from you!Your Responsibilities: Boost organic traffic and investor acquisition across multiple websites.
Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-site, and off-site). Perform detailed SEO audits and content optimizations. Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other analytics tools. Work daily with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Analyze competitors’ strategies, trends, and strengths, turning insights into actionable plans. Conduct keyword research based on search volume, competitiveness, and business potential. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Development teams to align SEO efforts with business goals. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in international markets (technical, on-site, and off-site). Proficiency in SEO tools:
Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset. Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written) — mandatory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus: experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. We Offer: A meaningful and dynamic role in a growing and reputable Fintech group.
