We coordinate private jet, helicopter and air ambulance missions for corporate clients, high net worth individuals, touring artists, medical teams and time critical movements across Australia and worldwide.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Manager to lead complex global charter operations. This senior role requires deep expertise in international aviation procedures, charter logistics, emergency missions and multi region flight coordination across Australia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States.The position oversees mission planning, operator and airport liaison, aircraft availability management, regulatory compliance and real time problem solving for high urgency aviation movements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end to end private jet, helicopter and air ambulance operationsPlan and coordinate multi sector global missions involving operators in the US, Europe, Africa and AsiaManage aircraft availability, routing, crew logistics, medical team requirements and client itinerariesOversee medevac, repatriation and emergency aviation missionsLiaise with operators, flight departments, airports and regulatory authoritiesEnsure compliance with aviation safety standards and operational regulationsManage irregular operations and time sensitive disruptions with accuracy and composureProvide real time operational oversight and clear client communicationMaintain operational documentation, safety records and reportingSupport vendor management, operator sourcing and business development initiativesSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum 10 to 15 years experience in aviation operations, charter management or complex flight logisticsExtensive international operations experience across multiple regionsExperience in both charter brokerage and aircraft operator environmentsProven background in air ambulance, medevac or emergency aviation operationsStrong knowledge of aircraft types, regulatory frameworks and global charter proceduresHigh level ability to manage high pressure, time critical aviation missionsExcellent communication, stakeholder management and client service capabilityStrong organisational, analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work outside standard hours due to global aviation operationsQualificationsRelevant aviation, logistics or emergency operations qualifications are desirable but extensive industry experience is essential.How to ApplySubmit your CV and a cover letter outlining your aviation operations experience to:info@candcprivatejets.com
