Role DescriptionThe opportunity has arisen for a full-time Warehouse Operative to work in Avoca Central Stores, Rathnew, Co. Wicklow. This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start, working 40 hours per week, on a 5 over 7 basis. ResponsibilitiesStock control through use of the EPOS system. Picking orders through use of our replenishment system. Packing and processing of orders. Working within a team to ensure dispatch is running efficiently. Processing orders from an end-to-end process. Goods inwards and Outwards. Loading and unloading of vans. Ad-hoc duties as determined by the Manager.

RequirementsExperience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment is a distinct advantage. Communicate effectively with team members. Experience working with wireless handhelds devices in a warehouse environment. Good attention to detail, accuracy and adhering to Avoca's high standard of service. Experience in cycle counting and full stock takes. Goods inwards & outwards experience. Meridian EPOS knowledge preferable.
