Job Description

This is a Remote/Telecommute position. The Onboarding Specialist is a position within the Customer Success department managing delivery to our customers. Although this role is customer-facing, the position will be responsible for the delivery of the technical tasks associated with timely installations of service and onboarding of new customers. The focus of the role will be the flawless execution of installations to minimize customer friction, recommend process improvements and deliver overall customer delight. Below are the requirements:

DutiesManage the customer from the point of sale to product adoptionHelp successfully implement the product for the customersHandle customer queries about the product implementationUnderstand customer needs and try to align the product implementation accordinglyClearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholdersRecord customer implementation needs, requests, and questions in Salesforce and communicate to key AVOXI stakeholdersRespond to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding implementationDistributing manuals, guidelines and login credentials as neededComplete video and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding processNote:
