Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a global leader in Aircraft Leasing on a new opportunity on their contracts team.This role manages all aspects of clients portfolio and supports commercial business activities.Responsibilities:Oversee rent and maintenance reserve invoices and monitor and record payment obligations.Manage journals for Lease rentals and Maintenance reservesCollect receivables and check outstanding payments from customers, prepare and send demand letters and notices of default, reconcile security deposits and lease payments.Review late interest calculations and invoicing.Monitor, check and manage lease/purchase/sale stipulations and requirements as well as track critical events to ensure compliance with the various aircraft agreements (Lease, Sale, Purchase, Financing), Letter of Credit Management and insurance obligations.Monitor Letter of Credits and arrange drawdown as appropriate.Interface with airline clients, prepare, collect, and reconcile any outstanding receivables, as outlined in the contract to ensure delivery and redelivery of aircraft in accordance with the contractual agreements.Capture and manage integrity of all relevant lease and portfolio lease information in the Company’s contract management system (CMS) and make all contractual data available companywide.Prepare and distribute lease/portfolio information reports.Update Investors and Debt providers on Lessee performanceReview and enter loan schedules, including internal Shareholder loans.Review and input Debt covenants, ensuring all event dates are clearly flagged and entered in the automated Diary system.Ensure all journals for debt and accrued interest are exported to SUN.Manage ad-hoc special transactionsRequirements:2-5 years Contracts Management experience in Aircraft Leasing
