AVP/Associate, Business Management Support Client Coverage Group (1-year contract)

Position OverviewThe Client Coverage Group (CCG), which is responsible for Clifford Capital’s corporate client coverage, primary origination and transaction execution, is looking for a Business Support Manager to support the CCG team in the execution of various business and operational initiatives. These include performance tracking, reviewing/streamlining operational processes, reporting as well as stakeholder engagement.Operational SupportSupport the day-to-day coordination of activities within the CCG team and with other support functionsOperationalise and implement new and/or changes to deal origination processReview and update process maps as required Maintain and ensure deal-related templates, trackers and registers are accurate and up to date Update marketing collateral and presentation materials with deal and business updatesParticipate in automation and digitalisation initiativesEnsure compliance with policies, standards and business requirements Performance Tracking & Reporting Assist with the tracking of team targets and budget Provide inputs into materials for management reports and board meetings Support and coordinate internal & external audit reviews Others Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes Support adhoc projects as requiredSupport in organising team and client events Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, with 2-5 years of business management / sales operations experience in a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking, or origination and client coverage business Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment Highly proficient in excel and powerpoint DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA - Privacy StatementTo respond to or process your request to Clifford Capital Holdings, we may have to disclose your personal data to any member of our group or to third parties such as our service providers and professional advisors.
