They include relationship managers, who work to understand the financial needs of clients and create strategies to meet their objectives, as well as technical product experts, sales managers and support staff.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of AVP Branch Business ManagerResponsibilitiesLead, groom and monitor our Premier Relationship Managers to manage branch’s portfolioTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:Has a minimum 10 years of experience working in Premier Banking Segment or Relationship Manager Experience as sales leader would be an advantageHas a minimum of bachelor’s degreeRemain active in investment and/or insurance accreditationGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skillsStrong knowledge of Wealth Management, Financial Markets, and Investment Products.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
