This role leads a team of four Channel Managers with the mandate to build, scale, and energize our partner ecosystem across EMEA.This position suits a leader with a strong field presence, a passion for partner engagement, and a balanced approach to both strategy and hands-on execution. The AVP Channel EMEA plays a key role in expanding our market coverage, strengthening relationships with partners, and driving measurable business impact.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead the channel strategy across EMEA and guide consistent partner engagementManage, mentor, and grow a team of Channel Managers across multiple geographiesBuild strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and MSSPs to expand regional impactSupport partner-led opportunities with a consistent presence in meetings and planning sessionsStrengthen enablement, activation, and go-to-market alignment with partnersDrive pipeline growth and forecasting together with regional sales leadershipRepresent Pentera across partner events, executive briefings, and strategic reviewsExperienceA minimum of 8 years of channel management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software across EMEAAt least 5 years leading channel teams across multiple markets across EMEAA strong record of building multi million dollar pipelines with partner ecosystems across EMEAExperience managing 3 or more direct reports in revenue generating rolesSkills and AttributesStrong presence in partner meetings with confident communication across executive and technical audiencesField oriented mindset with consistent engagement across the regionAbility to guide partners across commercial, technical, and strategic conversationsStructured leadership style with attention to planning, forecasting, and executionA collaborative and energetic approach aligned with Pentera valuesAbility to travel at least 50 percent of the month across EMEA for partner engagement, team support, and field execution
