ResponsibilitiesCreate and execute initiatives to achieve revenue targetContribute to product strategy and roadmap along with input from cross functional teams for Cloud ServicesProvide input to the product manager team regarding the development of new features and services required by customersBecome an expert especially in Google Cloud, Huawei CloudMonitor the latest developments in cloud products and technologyAccompany salespeople on their visits to prospects and client if necessary to:Deliver presentation and product demonstrations that require more in-depth or credible knowledge than the salespersonResponding to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure for customers and other internal stakeholderConduct technical consultations with customers to understand their needs and provide the right cloud solutionsHelp customers design cloud architecture that suits their businessResolve customer technical issues related to cloud products.Plan and conduct technical enablement for enterprise solutions and delivery teamConduct technical training and workshops for internal sales and presales teams to increase their knowledge about cloud productsProvide relevant training materials, demos and documentationProvide technical support to the sales team in the sales processRequirementsQualification:Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Related ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in product management, especially in Google and Huawei Cloud.SkillsGeneral Skills: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, security and DevOps Professional certification in the field of cloud computing (e.g. Google Cloud Professional, Huawei Certified ICT Professional) Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutionsCommunication Skills: Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to explain technical concepts to different audiencesPresentation Skills: Have the ability to deliver interesting and informative presentationsCustomer Onboarding: Have a passion to provide the best service to customersAdditional Skill Advantages Experience in the B2B industry. Knowledge of AI and machine learning technology. Certification in product management (for example, Certified Product Manager).
