About The Role:To spearhead the development and execution of DOKU’s Cross-Border Payments business by building strategic partnerships, acquiring merchants, and launching payment solutions for inbound remittances and outbound merchant payments, with full ownership of commercial strategy, market development, and business performance.What Will You Do:Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for inbound remittance corridors into IndonesiaEstablish partnerships with money transfer operators, banks, and FinTechs in Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, etc.Create go-to-market plans for remittance products, including B2B remittance, Identify and acquire Indonesian SME merchants for outbound payment servicesBuild relationships with trade associations and industry groups to expand the merchant pipelineDesign onboarding processes and commercial frameworks for merchantsConduct market and competitor analysis for cross-border payment trendsDevelop FX pricing strategies and commercial modelsCollaborate with product & tech teams to define and prioritise cross-border featuresBuild financial projections and manage P&L for the cross-border payments verticalWhat we are looking for :Soft Competency Requirement :Entrepreneurial and strategic mindsetExecutive communication and partnership buildingCross-cultural negotiation and stakeholder managementAnalytical problem-solving and decision-makingAdaptability in building a new business from scratchTechnical Competency Requirements:Deep understanding of cross-border payments and FX structuresB2B sales and commercial negotiation expertiseKnowledge of international remittance corridors and merchant trade flowsFinancial modelling and P&L ownershipGo-to-market strategy design and execution
