Job DescriptionDirector – Digital Growth & Lead GenerationLocation: Hyderabad, India (Work from Office)Company: NxtWaveKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end lead generation and conversion strategy across digital and programmatic platforms. Build full-funnel acquisition campaigns across multiple channels to drive high-quality leads. Design and implement a comprehensive digital lead generation framework ensuring consistency, scalability, and predictability. Manage and optimize multi-channel annual digital budgets focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS. Lead rapid experimentation with creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Drive organic traffic growth via technical SEO, content marketing, and authority-building initiatives. Establish and maintain scalable, dynamic processes improving lead quality and acquisition efficiency. Lead and mentor a multi-layered digital team of managers and executives. Set up attribution models and analytics dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Develop and groom managerial talent, promoting a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and growth. What We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in digital growth, acquisition, or performance marketing at a PAN-India level. Minimum 3 years leading at least two digital marketing channels or equivalent leadership roles. Strong people management experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Proven expertise in building scalable processes and systems for performance marketing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A leadership approach that blends empathy, discipline, and result orientation. Location: Hyderabad, IndiaWork Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
