Job Description
A key member to Head Finance Group Technology & Digital (“GTD”) that play a crucial role in supporting GTD Finance transformation, financial planning and drive cost optimization strategy, by analysing costs, identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives. Provide recommendations for management to make informed decisions to drive cost efficiencies and strategy planning.KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform financial analysis and provide insights to spending trends, ratio analysis and benchmarking against competitor and industry trends, and provide recommendations to aid business decisions and strategies. Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts the trends to identify risk of potential cost overruns. Develop and implement cost control processes and procedures to mitigate risks Research and identify opportunities for improving operation processes and cost efficiency. Collaborate across departments to gather data, align strategies and implement cost-saving initiatives Prepare reports and presentations for cost analysis results to the management, present the progress of the cost-saving project implementation. Perform study on the cost-effectiveness and cost-benefit to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions and strategy Assist with the preparation of annual budget and provide guidance on the cost driversROLE REQUIREMENTS: Possess Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA are highly desirable. 4-5 years working experience in Big Four Proactive, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skill, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills Strong financial acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
