To manage sales area performance cooperate with MPCLead all resource at sales area level and to ensure all running well align to targetCoordination with other support function to ensure target achievementManage & motivate MPC team (Distribution Service, Availability & Visibility)Tracking & monitoring Distribution Service dailyManage sales team to execute excellence distributionManage sale team to implementing merchandising guidelineLeading sales team to achieve targetCoordination & Motivation team everydayExecuting trade/channel program from HQ/Area/Sales AreaManage & maintain continues growth (creativity to get the new point of income)RequirementsPreferably someone whose home-base in Kab. Bekasi area and willing to travel within areasBackground education min. bachelor degree in any majorHaving min. 7 years experiences in Sales & Marketing field especially telecommunication industry or retailGreat leadership skill and good interpersonal skillGood knowledge of local market, customer & outlet need, local competitorsGood understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysisStrong written, verbal communication and presentation skillsUnderstand product knowledge, trade/channel program & branding outletUnderstand & implementation of sales applicationMandatory to have driving license (Sim A)
