Job Description:As the AVP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure our business runs efficiently, scales effectively, and delivers measurable impact.1. Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and refine the company’s strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and long-term objectives.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring timely execution and achievement of defined outcomes.2. Operational Efficiency & Process ImprovementEvaluate current operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Design and implement scalable systems and processes to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and quality standards.Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to track operational performance, using insights to continuously optimize workflows.Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.3. Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a key business partner and advisor to senior leadership, providing data-backed insights and recommendations for decision-making.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, accountability, and delivery of strategic priorities.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key initiatives.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or field operations.Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing business processes, and coordinating cross-functional projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
