We are seeking for talented professional, to drive and enable the vision of World’s Best and Safest Bank.About This RoleThis VP / AVP role the lead of Executive Communications & Thought Leadership, in delivering high-quality communication, engagement, and brand programs for Group Technology. You will help craft impactful content, strengthen internal communication channels, including awards, branding, and manage employee engagement and feedback mechanisms that connect Technology leadership with its people. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator who combines strong writing skills with creativity and empathy for employee experience.ResponsibilitiesDraft and edit speeches, internal messages, decks, and leadership updates for the Group CIO and Technology leadership team. Manage day-to-day internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, townhall content). Develop editorial content, visuals, and storytelling materials that bring the Group Technology strategy to life. Coordinate and execute communications campaigns around culture, transformation, and technology innovation. Develop a comprehensive awards strategy for Group technology that also aligns with the bank's strategic priorities, brand objectives, and key business achievements. This includes governance of end-to-end awards submission process and to build compelling narrative to maximise impact both internally and externally. Support the design and management of employee listening and feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, townhall Q&As, discussion boards). Track sentiment and develop insights reports to guide leadership communication focus. Work with HR, Corporate Communications, and Tech program teams to ensure message alignment. Monitor communication reach, engagement, and effectiveness using feedback data and engagement metrics. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. 8–12 years (VP) or 5–8 years (AVP) of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within banking, technology, or consulting. Strong writing, editing, and content development skills. Experience managing digital communication and feedback channels. Strong stakeholder and project management skills. Familiarity with technology and digital transformation narratives. Preferred BackgroundPrevious roles in communications, internal engagement, or employer branding within banking, and/ or Technology organizations.
