Operations Manager (Remote, Europe-based)Awesome Adventures / Pissup Tours 📍 Remote (Europe-based, within ±1 hour CET) ✈️ ~15–30 travel days/year 💶 €3,000–€4,500 gross/monthAbout UsWe are Awesome Adventures, the company behind Pissup Tours – Europe’s leading provider of bachelor party trips. With a lean team of 18 full-time staff, we work across Europe to deliver unforgettable experiences for our customers. We're now hiring a structured and proactive Operations Manager to lead our operations team and help scale our business. Your RoleAs Operations Manager, you will be the main point of contact between the CEO and the operations team.

You will manage our Destination Managers and Accommodation Managers, bringing leadership, process structure, and strategic thinking to the heart of our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and coach the Destination and Accommodation Managers Recruitment, training and HR responsibilities for the department Optimize booking workflows, supplier onboarding, and planning processesDevelop and maintain manuals, guidelines, and onboarding documentation Assist in developing our product portfolio - adding new destinations, activities and accommodation based on system data and strategy Coordinate high-season planning across all destinationsMonitor and improve supplier performance through structured follow-upAct as second-line escalation for operational challengesSupport guide recruitment, onboarding, and training in collaboration with DMsDrive cross-team operational initiatives and improvementsCollaborate with CEO and tech/product teams on tool and process automationWhat You BringWe’re not overly concerned with what’s on paper.

Instead, we’re looking for someone who: Has experience managing people and projects (especially in tourism, logistics or events)Has a structured, calm and pragmatic mindset — even when it’s busyIs a clear and confident communicator (fluent English required)Understands the importance of systems, processes and accountabilityLoves taking ownership and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setupHas a customer-first mindset and loves building win-win supplier relationshipsBonus Points For:
