As Administrative Assistant, you will apply your organizational and multitasking skills to a variety of administrative and bookkeeping duties. Perform accounting and clerical functions to support management and office teamAssist with all aspects of payroll and process it on a bi-weekly basisCompile and sort all mail, invoices & checksManaging uniform inventory & orderingOrdering office and restaurant supplies as requiredPhotocopying, filing, maintaining storage room, ordering office suppliesManaging phone calls and correspondenceProcess bills for payment and issue checks for accounts payableAssisting the accounting departmentAssisting upper management on day to day activitiesJob Requirements: Post-secondary education in Accounting/ Business Degree1-year bookkeeping/administration experienceProficient computer literacy is a must including Excel, QuickBooks and Payroll Processing Software.
