職務内容Job DescriptionJob description AXA PMO (Program Management Office) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead company strategic programs and projects. The Program Manager will have 2 main roles: Lead a program comprising of multiple related projects. Lead large multi-division projects. Leading a ProgramHow we define a Program: A grouping of projects that deliver one of the pillars of AXA Strategy. A program plays a critical role in linking the company’s strategic level to the operational level, ensuring that projects are delivering on the company strategy.
A program is headed by a company executive who acts as the sponsor. The Program Manager manages the program for the sponsor. What does that mean? Consolidate delivery plans of the individual projects into a program delivery plan. Identify inter-dependencies, as well as program level risks and issues. Set up and manage the program’s governance structure. (a) Program key objectives and KPIs are defined and aligned with stakeholders. (b) Key stakeholders identified and their roles are defined (c) Review meetings and status reporting mechanisms are in place (d) Risk/issue management & escalation mechanisms are in place. Manage communication:
Act as the hub for communication in the program, bringing clarity and alignment among stakeholders. Manage program review meetings. Manage Program Status Tracking. (a) Consolidate project delivery status for the sponsor including OTOBOS (On Time, On Budget, On Scope) metrics, KPIs, risks/issues/dependencies etc (b) Build monthly program status reports. Raises the bar for project delivery within the program. Support the project delivery teams in delivering the projects in accordance with company project governance framework and project management best practices. Work with other program managers to manage cross-program dependencies and build a comprehensive view of the company portfolio.
Leading large multi-division projects. How we define large project: Projects that bring together multiple divisions in the company (and often AXA Group Company), have multiple work streams and require complex solutions to deliver. These are in essence, programs within programs. The program manager is responsible for the hands-on management of the project from beginning to end. Work with the sponsor to define project objectives, deliverables and KPIs. Ensure that business requirements are clarified and communicated. Work with the delivery teams in impacted divisions to build a project plan.
This includes, but not limited to, defining the scope, schedule, cost/resource, risk/issue, quality and communication management plans. OTOBOS (On Time, On Budget, On Scope) baseline should also be defined and reviewed. The project plan must incorporate and be aligned with the sprint plans and agile delivery methodology of the IT technical teams. Manage project execution. Monitor and control the project against the project plan during execution. The project manage should stay on top of the changes in sprint plans of the IT delivery teams. (a) Accurate reporting on the status of the project. Track OTOBOS metrics status.
(b) Manage scope. Deliverables meet business requirements (c) Maintain schedule (d) Manage project cost and resources in line with the project approved budget. (e) Proactively identify high impact risks, issues and dependencies. Communicate and escalate when needed. Together with the teams, define mitigation plans. Manage communication in the project. Ensure that all key stakeholders are on the same page regarding activities and status of the project. (a) Manage the project steering committee (b) Translate the technical inputs from the technical teams into language that executives can understand and act upon Close the project.
